Nikkei BP’s PC Online has been renewed today, and two new web applications, which 7ns has developed, have been released (no English version, sorry):

Mobile Map (WiFi map)

Mobile Map collects most of major WiFi spots in Japan, e.g. HOTSPOT, BB Mobile, FLETS, Mzone, FreeSpot, and FON. This map has much more information about WiFi spots than ONGMAP has :)

As far as I know, this map is one of the few WiFi maps in Japan, and should help those who like to work outside.

Junya Ishihara of Atodeiku helped us developing this application with his expertise in Ruby on Rails.

PC Database

PC Database is a mash-up application which utilizes data from Coneco.net to search and compare the price and specs of desktop and laptop pc sold in Japan

This is one of the very few commercial applications in Japan based on Ext JS
